Large hopper capacityThe USF-200 holds up to 500 banknotes in its hopper and reliably feeds one note at a time to prevent jamming, high rejects or double feeds. The openstyle hopper provides clear visibility of the banknote feeding process so more banknotes can be added incontinuous large-volume deposits.
Horizontal note pathUSF-200 boasts a multitude of innovative design features, including horizontal note path and stackers, which is a similar arrangement to that used in Glory’s larger cash centre solutions.A‘note pusher’ presents the notes out of the stacker,with an LED light illuminating when the banknotesare ready for the user to remove from the stacker.This helps to improve efficiency, as notes arepresented in a tidy bundle.
3-way banknote sorting in a single pass With 3 output pockets (two stackers and one reject),the USF-200 can accurately and quickly perform a 3-way sorting process in a single pass. For example;by denomination, fi tness, new/old issues, orientation. Equipped with the same latest generation of sensors for fi tness and counterfeit detection, as seen in Glory’sUW-series cash centre solutions, the USF-200 provides unrivalled effi ciency and accuracy of any machine in its class. Rejects are also physically separated to a separate pocket, for further evaluation, therefore thereis no need to stop processing notes to the 2 stackers.High-speed banknote processingThe USF-200 can process banknotes at a remarkablyhigh speed, whilst simultaneously performing serial number recognition and fi tness sorting, with no loss in processing speed or work effi ciency. Compared to its predecessor, the USF-100, USF-200 offers a speed increase of 40%.The USF-200 features a large graphical user interfacefor displaying key processing data, user messages andalso for operational guidance. The 7" full colour display offers substantially improved visibility of user information. All processing data, such asdenominations counted and stacker information, isvisible on one screen, making the USF-200 highly intuitive to use.Compact footprint.Compared to its predecessors, the USF-200 is 35% smallerin terms of overall footprint. This downsized device can easily fit into a teller’s workspace, ensuring they can still performthe banknote sorting operations required, but can keep thespace dedicated to machines and equipment to a minimum.In addition, the USF-200’s innovative design means that noadditional workspace is taken up for maintenance access –the device can be placed against a wall, leaving suffi cientspace in front of the machine; all user maintenance isperformed by lifting the upper section.
Easy user maintenance.The USF-200 features a fully opening upper section that allows simple routine maintenance to be performed by the operator. In the event of a banknote or foreign object jam inthe counting or transport section, the wide-opening upper section makes it easy to fi nd and remove the jammed object. In addition, this innovative design ensures no additional workspace is utilised,other than thefootprint of the device,for service maintenance.A dust tray is also provided for easy removal ofaccumulated dust
